Logistics & delivery

Every delivery planned, tracked and signed for.

For distributors and wholesalers. Maple Logistics turns confirmed orders into delivery trips, gives drivers everything on their phone, and records proof of delivery at every stop.

  • Trips with stops
  • Driver phone page
  • Proof of delivery

What changes

Deliveries you can prove

From the warehouse to the customer's door, every stop has a time, a place and a signature.

A delivery van on a road between a home, an office and a warehouse, with map pins, a dashed route, a driver phone and a delivered confirmation
  • Paper delivery notes that come back days later, if at all

Signature, photo and location captured at the door

  • Customers calling to ask where their order is

An SMS when the van leaves and when the order arrives

  • Vans leaving half-empty or overloaded

Trips planned against each vehicle's capacity

How it works

From order to doorstep

  1. 1

    Plan trips from confirmed orders

Build trips on a planning board from confirmed sales orders and transfers between branches, grouped by delivery zone and checked against vehicle capacity.

    • Delivery zones with charges and lead times
    • Capacity per vehicle
    • Orders and branch transfers on one trip
  2. 2

    Drivers work from their phone

Each driver sees their trips and stops on their phone. At every stop they record delivered, part-delivered or failed, with a signature or photo and the location.

    • "My trips" page for each driver
    • Signature or photo at the door
    • Location recorded automatically
  3. 3

    Customers always know

Customers get an SMS or email when their order leaves and when it's delivered, so your team spends less time answering "where is it?" calls.

    • Departure and delivery messages
    • Your business name as the sender
    • Messages logged on the customer record
  4. 4

Close the trip with a clean record

Back at base, the trip sheet shows what was delivered, what came back and why. Part deliveries and returns flow back into stock.

    • Trip sheets and delivery reports
    • Returns back into stock
    • Outlet stock checks on the route

Questions

What distributors ask us

Something else on your mind? Ask us directly.

Do drivers need a special app?

No. Drivers use a page in MapleCore on their phone's browser to see their trips and record each delivery.

What counts as proof of delivery?

A signature or a photo at the door, recorded with the time and the location of the phone.

Can one trip carry orders and branch transfers?

Yes. Stops can be customer orders or transfers to another branch, on the same trip.

Do you charge delivery fees by zone?

You can set delivery zones with a flat charge or a charge per kilo, plus a lead time for each zone.

What happens to goods that come back?

Part deliveries and failed stops are recorded on the trip, and returned goods go back into stock.
